Error description
The Czech Locale is not being correctly installed such that the WinLUA libraries are in the correct path. I see that the Remote API Client is trying to call back to the PCOMM and getting this error: 2013-11-04 14:19:31 Romance Standard Time 16392-12(42-0) E (W0A014S0.GLOW001.AD.SYS) PID 4816 (C:\Program Files\IBMCS\w64cli\sxclappl.exe) Failed to create shared memory. Error code = 5. This is the type of error we see when PCOMM has not installed the WinLUA API libraries correctly. As if they are in the wrong directory path. When the Dutch language is set as the Locale, then PCOMM is using the path that has the correct WinLUA library support. When it gets changed over to Czech, the WinLUA libraries are not there, so the Remote API code cannot create the shared memory at initialization needed to pass data back and forth.
