Error description

• After upgrading from PCOMM 6.0.5 to 6.0.8 several users are
  reporting the following problems:
  
  1) Parts of the screen not being painted correctly
  2) Session hanging and we have to disconnect and restart
  3) PROG755
  
  Sessions use Microsoft CryptoAPI MSCAPI SSL connections and
  everyone reporting the problem is using a Mod4 or Mod5 screen
  size.

Problem conclusion

• The length of the data being decrypted was not properly handled,
  when encrypted data was received partially. This led to loss of
  the data received from the host, thereby causing partial
  updating of the presentation space. This is a regression caused
  by APAR IC92316. PCSMSSEC.DLL code changes have been rolled back
  to correct the problem.
