Error description

  • The fix for requirement MR0823135923 'Copy/paste differs from
    PCOMM' was not integrated into
    the HOD 11 code.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Users Affected:  HOD users using enableTrimmedPaste HTML
    parameter
    This issue was due to the absence of code changes needed for
    HTML parameter : enableTrimmedPaste=true.
    

Problem conclusion

  • To resolve this issue, the earlier working code changes were
    deciphered and have been added to the HOD, after a successful
    test by customer.
    HTML Parameter details :
    Name : enableTrimmedPaste.
    Allowed Values: true or false.
    Default value : false.
    Set the HTML parameter to true, enable field-wrap and line-wrap
    in the 3270 session settings to enable the new paste
    functionality.
