After adding rows to a Db2z table the
    synchronization between Db2z and the
    accelerator using stored procedure
    SYSPROC.ACCEL_SYNCHRONIZE_SCHEMA
    may fail with message AQT10050E:

    secondsSinceEpoch > 0 failed
    Failed to convert parsed timestamp
    0001-01-01-00.00.00.000000

The issue occurs with tables that were created
before Db2 V8 as they contain timestamps like
    0001-01-01-00.00.00.000000
    in sysibm.syscolumns.createdts.
