Error description

  • When eDiscovery Analyzer users login, there is a polling request
    to the backend repository that could cause performance issues
    if repository tracing were enabled.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • eDiscovery Analyzer frequently checks the repository for changes
    in the case after a user logs in. After the user logs out,
    polling should stop. Instead, polling continued and consumed
    system resources.
    

Problem conclusion

  • When the user logs out, the polling is now stopped, freeing up
    resources on the server.
