Fall back to standard time in November 2007
IBM product updates applied before the March switch to the new Daylight Saving Time schedule include the new dates for the change back to standard time in November (read more for a few practical precautions)
Changes to Daylight Saving Time in 2007
A provision of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, extends Daylight Saving Time (DST) by four weeks, beginning in 2007. Systems and applications that process dates and times will be affected by this change.
