If you are unable to solve your problem by contacting the vendor, or if you have a problem with IBM hardware, you can search for solutions to your problem in the IBM Smart Support knowledge base. The IBM Smart Support Team will then review and respond to your submission with a solution to the problem, or guidance on how you can obtain appropriate expert for help.
