Automatically monitor your System i output queues and deliver reports to IFS or PC/LAN directories as they’re generated. With the Batch Report Server, you can:
- Easily distribute reports to field salespeople, remote offices, vendors and customers.
- Monitor output queues and archive reports to IFS directories or to FTP servers.
- System i report queues can become a report mailbox.
- System i report queues can be associated with LAN or FTP sites.
- Reports are automatically downloaded and placed into the selected LAN directories or FTP sites.
- Create a report archive database that contains detailed information such as the report description, spool file name, number of pages, form type, creation date, etc.
- Reports can be automatically encrypted and compressed during down load processing.
- PC report file names are automatically assigned.
- Archived reports can be easily viewed with our WinView report viewing software.
- Reports can be automatically converted to ASCII text, PDF, RTF, HTML, or spreadsheet formats.
