The ERP SmartStart is a set of services designed to effectively implement OpenbavoERP, today's top open source ERP application, using IBM's Smart Business platform.

The CyOp ERP SmartStart integrates all of the business functions including Customer, Vendors, Products, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Sales Management, Financial Management, and Business Intelligence into a single application and database to increase productivity, eliminate re-keying of data, and enable information to be more reliable, accessible, and easily shared.

CyOp's ERP SmartStart is based on Openbravo Community Edition, today's leading open source ERP application, which is provided for free with the SmartStart services purchase.

This creates a truly integrated, browser-based, open source ERP solution based on revoutionary architecture that is easily adaptable to a company's needs once requirements and business processes have been defined as part of the included Project Planning Services.

The CyOp ERP SmartStart includes detailed project planning, implementation of base ERP functions (excluding Manufacturing & Service Management modules), configuration of up to three user roles and five users, basic functional training for up to five users, and 1-year of online helpdesk support.
