The individual product listings within the marketplace have detailed information and offer access to customer support. Enter the product name in the box on the right to locate its listing.
Go to the home page and use any of the four different options to browse our products (by industry, by type of solution, by business department or by business size). This will take you to listings for products that may fit your needs. For more help, contact an IBM representative, who can suggest products to consider. (See box at right, “Speak with an IBM rep.”) You can also post questions to any of the product forums or blogs, or use the “Product Q&A” feature in any product listing.

In addition, you will find detailed information (including customer ratings and reviews) within each product listing, and you can learn more by participating in the community forums and blogs.

Yes. The IBM representative, who is familiar with the needs of small and mid-sized businesses, can quickly direct you to the products that are most appropriate for your business. If you have questions about a product or service, contact us via telephone, e-mail or chat online with us. (See “Speak with an IBM rep” on the right side of this page.) You will also be able to access information through the discussion areas (blogs, forums and “Product Q&A”) that are posted within the individual product listing pages. There you can pose questions to IT experts and your peers and read product ratings and reviews.
You can find product information in the listings within the marketplace. There, you can get information and downloadable documents about the application. If you have questions, you can also participate in forums and blogs or post a question to product experts through “Product Q&A,” all accessible on the product page. IBM Global Financing offers a full range of financing options for your IBM Smart Business purchases, including leases and loans at competitive, below-market rates, with terms up to 60 months. You can finance both IBM and non-IBM hardware, software and services, including networking hardware, in amounts as small as Rs. 1,00,000.00. IBM Smart Business solutions eliminate much of the complexity that comes with separate purchases of hardware and software. For starters, any application you find in the Smart Market has been pre-tested to run smoothly on standardized IBM Smart Cube hardware. Your IBM Smart Cube arrives already pre-loaded with several security-rich, back-office applications designed for growing companies. Your industry-specific and other applications then install themselves automatically. A single, built-in IT control center then automates many of the administrative tasks you would normally have to do manually. Finally, with IBM Smart Business, you'll have a single point of contact if your ever need help with any aspect of either hardware or software.

Offering (product or solution) specific technical information and specifications can be found under the "Technical" tab on each offering's overview page. To locate the overview page for a specific offering, simply enter the name of the offering or the vendor in the IBM Smart Market search box at the top of this page, then click on the "Search" button. From the resulting list page, simply click on the title of the offering you're interested in to access its overview. General questions regarding IBM products may be posted in the New customer discussion forum. Additional pre-sales guidance is available on the "Making a purchase" FAQ page.

To locate the overview page for a specific offering, simply enter the name of the offering or the vendor in the IBM Smart Market search box at the top of this page, then click on the "Search" button. From the resulting list page, simply click on the title of the offering you're interested in to access its overview. Offering-specific technical support contact information can be found under the "Support" tab. If you are unable to solve your problem by contacting the vendor, or if you have a problem with IBM hardware, you can search for solutions to your problem in the IBM Smart Support knowledge base. If you do not find a solution there, you can use the "Ask Support" tab in the knowledge base to open a problem ticket. The IBM Smart Support Team will then review and respond to your submission with a solution to the problem, or guidance on how you can obtain appropriate expert for help.
