    4. The Linux Operating System software is not included as part of this promotion. Clients can separately supply/purchase their Linux Operating System and Support from their Linux OS provider or alternatively they may purchase their preferred Linux distribution from IBM or IBM Business Partners and receive support from IBM.
    5. You remain responsible for ensuring the system sizing and configuration is relevant for your specific environment to run Linux workloads
    6. You agree to acquire hardware and software products under this promotion for your own use and not for remarketing, leasing or transferring to a third party, unless arranging lease-back financing for hardware products
