IBM has launched a new product Smart Business that will provide ready-to-use IT infrastructure for small and medium enterprises. It will have a pre-integrated solution with all the technology to run a business with no manuals. The global pilot of the product will happen in western India and would ,then be marketed world-wide, IBM India/South Asia general business director Ramesh Narasimhan said. Mr Narasimhan said that the company would initially focus on the healthcare and manufacturing industries.
