HONG KONG, June 30, 2009 – IBM (NYSE:IBM) today announced that it has signed an agreement with B & Data Technology Co., Ltd, a leading value-added IT distributor in the Hong Kong and mainland China markets., to distribute the complete portfolio of IBM Internet Security Systems (ISS) hardware and software products in Hong Kong. This is an extension of the two companies’ cooperation in mainland China, where B & Data started to carry ISS products last year.
