HONG KONG - November 20, 2008: IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced that it has appointed Compucon Computers Limited (CCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of KARIN Technology Holdings Ltd. (KARIN), to market the complete portfolio of IBM's Tivoli management software products. The collaboration will increase the availability of IBM's comprehensive portfolio of Tivoli management software offerings through CCL's extensive reseller network to small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) in Hong Kong and Macau.
