A recent IBM study unveiled only 20 percent of consumers are loyal to their primary retailer. As retailers aim to establish future loyalty, shoppers will see retailers evolve how customers interact with physical stores and the extended experience beyond the walls of the store. Innovations such as endless aisles and mobile checkout; coupled with tightly integrated sales channels will help create an enhanced shopping experience that will drive customer advocacy.
