Introduction
So far in this report, we’ve discussed how empowered individuals and collaborative organizations are changing business and society. But those organizations and individuals are also part of something larger than any industry, nation or “business ecosystem.” We’re witnessing the emergence of a global commons— of information, innovation, opportunity and societal responsibility. Which raises a question for both enterprises and individuals: What does it mean to be a “global citizen” today?
