IBM's Reinventing Education grant with the South Carolina Department of Education built their first statewide Data Warehouse, including three years of information from a variety of legacy computerized information systems and providing a range of analytic reports for school districts and schools. The Data Warehouse enhances the state's ability to review schools' performance toward enabling students to reach academic standards for better decisionmaking and accountability purposes.
