h2. Fedora Core 5 Installation Tips
 * Fedora 5 works well on my pSeries based on POWER5 processor via a dumb terminal console
 * I have found problems installing the DVD version (part way through it reported errors in the packages), which I then avoided by booting from CDROM and the doing a NFS install - this worked perfectly every time.
** This problem my have been just the particular DVD that you get with a pSeries p505 - your mileage may vary.
** You can start an NFS install by using - the at the boot prompt: *askmethod*
 * Also when installing into a virtual VIO client (virtual disk), you need the IBM Virtual SCSI client driver installed.
** To get this installed add the boot prompt: nostorage
** Then when asked select the POWER5 (hit 'p' when you get to the driver list) and select the *ibmvscsic* device driver and then you can install OK
 * It seems to find the virtual Ethernet driver without any help
 * So at the boot prompt type:
 ** boot: *linux64 nostorage askmethod*
