This paper describes the steps to open and validate problem tickets from the OMNIBus Object Server Active Event List, and how to forward and validate events in an OMNIbus Object Server through an EIF (event integration facility) probe. The events are correlated in the OMNIbus Active Event List in the WebTop interface. These steps require that you have an IBM® Tivoli® Monitoring and IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager (ITCAM) environment with real-time transaction monitoring.
