Hi!
. It would be great to have some tool to verify the rad_db contentand fix such inconsistencies.
I would like to see some info in Troubleshooting section on:
1) troubleshooting the problem when TBSM server can't start because of some sort of inconsistency in rad_db (we had recently such case... when TBSM server was crashing during startup when it was trying to load services from the rad_db; we've been able to fix this by deleting the record for the service we've been editing lately...). It was vary bad situation
2) troubleshooting the tbsm agent. At the moment we have TBSM agent running fine and self-monitoring part of it works OK, but it does not collect data from TBSM server about service status change and service affecting events (we have PMR for this problem open). No errors in any logs. I would like to have some info regarding the API used by the agent to get these data and how to test that it's actually working. Othersiwe, we have a bad situation when we have no history on services.
Thank you!
