Netcool OMNIbus installation prompts: TBSM monitors the Netcool/OMNIbus ObjectServer for service affecting events. The Netcool Common Licensing server is required for IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus version 7 release 1 or lower. Before you begin, install the Netcool Common Licensing software that is included with TBSM on the same host where you plan to install Netcool/OMNIbus.
