Andrea has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Systems and Operations Management from The University of Arizona. She created and continues to develop the TechDivas camp and club. Her current role at The University of Arizona is as the Early Outreach Coordinator and Web Administrator for the Eller College of Management's MIS program. Andrea is completing her master's degree in elementary education and teaching certificate from Northern Arizona University and will be certified as a technology specialist. As a mother of four, she volunteers at her children's schools in both technology and the parent-art partnership.

leads the IBM developerWorks
community team, working with the development, community building, marketing and strategy team members to deliver a successful experience for our community of 5.4 million members in IBM developerWorks. Within developerWorks, we manage dozens of major topics and hundreds of individual communities, across multiple sites, languages and locales. His job also includes our Web 2.0 strategy.
Rawn has been an editor, writer, author, developer, and principal of his own startup in the past. He has written over 280 articles in national and international publications, and six books on a wide range of topics: networking, clustering and grid computing, Linux, java development, web services, SOA, and others.
This course is part of his work as an academic ambassador through the IBM Academic Initiative
, which works with thousands of academic instituions worldwide to provide information, resources, software, hardware and expertise. He has worked with Andrea to create this course and provide the domain knowledge for the students.

Scott Laningham, Podcast Editor, IBM developerWorks
Scott is currently host/editor of IBM developerWorks podcasts
, and was previously editor of developerWorks email newsletters. Prior to joining IBM in 1999, Scott worked as a reporter and show director for programming featured on Public Radio International, as a freelance writer for the American Communications Foundation and CBS Radio, and as a commercial music composer. Scott holds a B.S. in Radio/Television/Film from the University of Texas, Austin.

Dan Morrison, CEO, ITToolbox
As co-founder and CEO of ITtoolbox
, Dan Morrison has overseen the transition of the company from a concept into a successful business with 50 employees supporting millions of IT and business professionals and hundreds of IT advertisers. Mr. Morrison provided the initial vision and continues to further the company's commitment to serving professionals in need of IT information through an online community that links them to the knowledge of their peers.
Mr. Morrison is a frequent speaker and media reference on the topics of online communities and social media and how they can be used to deliver high-value advertising opportunities. Outsell, a leading analyst firm, recently cited ITtoolbox as the best examples of social networking in the B2B space and named it one of ten companies to watch in 2007.
Prior to his experience with ITtoolbox, Mr. Morrison held various positions with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting, and co-founded an IT consulting company. Mr. Morrison received a Bachelor of Science in MIS from the UniversityofArizona in 1994.

Mike Moran, Distinguished Engineer, IBM
Mike is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and Product Manager of IBM's OmniFind search software, which offers the security, scalability, and extensibility needed for enterprise search solutions. Prior to this position, Mike spent eight years in various positions at IBM's customer-facing Web site, ibm.com
, most recently as the Manager of ibm.com Web Experience, where he led 65 information architects, Web designers, Webmasters, programmers, and technical architects around the world.
