Managing a static ObjectGrid environment
Managing applications in a static ObjectGrid environment is accomplished with the Management Gateway process.
The following are examples of administrative management functions that the Management Gateway provides:
- Stop an ObjectGrid server
- Stop a static cluster of ObjectGrid servers
- Modify the trace specification for an ObjectGrid server
- Modify the trace specification for a static cluster of ObjectGrid servers
ObjectGrid has MBeans that allow you to monitor and administer a static topology through the Management Gateway process. See Administering with JMX MBean interfaces, Management gateway process overview, and Starting a management gateway process.
For more information on starting ObjectGrid server processes in a dynamic environment, see Starting ObjectGrid server processes.
For more information on stopping ObjectGrid server processes in a dynamic environment, see Stopping ObjectGrid server processes.
