Problem

In a partitioned environment while using keys for routing purposes, the DataGrid API does not run on partitions when the key does not exist

With the MapGridAgent, an agent can run against a set of keys. In a partitioned environment, you might want to use the key for routing purposes and have the agent insert the entity as a result. This configuration requires that the MapGridAgent supports running the agent on partitions even when the key does not exist.
