We find IBM DB2 to be a scalable, robust data server which is well suited to heavy production use. All of our customers who have implemented Reflexis with DB2 say its performance is excellent, even under high stress operations at some of the world's largest retailers. It is favored by our technical team and the majority of Reflexis customers.

Customer Success
In the past four years in a row, a Reflexis customer has been recognized for combining outstanding business achievement with best-in-class IT execution. For example, Burlington Coat Factory was named a Top Innovator by Apparel Magazine for implementing Reflexis to boost compliance levels to 94 percent, achieve 100 percent product recall execution, reduce corporate email by 95 percent and improve effectiveness of their store walks.
We selected Reflexis due to the scalability and configurability of its software and the company's track record of on-time and within budget implementations. Reflexis customers confirmed the business benefits they realized from their solutions as well as the rapid and successful implementations they experienced.
-Garry Graham, Senior Vice President of Operations for Burlington Coat Factory
We do not waste nearly as much time, and time becomes money in terms of helping the customer. The increased efficiency from Reflexis leaves more time for the customer experience. We have 1,773 people who log into the system every day. This was not the first software installation we did. But this was the smoothest.
-Gloria Johnson, Burlington Coat Vice President of Store Compliance
With Reflexis, our team at the corporate office can coordinate planning and monitor key operations trends. Exception-based reports allow field managers to focus their attention where it is most needed.
-Greg Finchum, Director of Retail Productivity and Standards after Food Lion won RIS News 2007 Supermarket Leadership Award.
In my 25 years of IT experience, there is no company that compares to Reflexis in terms of software delivery.
-Pat Findlay, Senior Executive of Retail Systems at Marks & Spencer.
Reflexis enables us to streamline communication and allocate task hours most effectively at the store level, which translates to increased productivity and improved customer service.
-Debbyn Milligan, Senior Director of Operations, The Home Depot.
Reflexis balances control and provides the transparency necessary for everyone to see what the balances are, how they're running locally within their redefined guidelines.
-Keith Gregg, Staples vice president Information Systems retail commerce.
74 percent of all Store Managers think the Reflexis application is easier to use than MS Outlook.
-Maureen Feinstein, Operations Director at Staples.
The Reflexis software met our business requirements and is now used heavily at Dick's Sporting Goods. Perhaps equally important, the implementation services at Reflexis provided a great experience throughout the implementation process. The Reflexis team maintained constant communication with our IT staff, generated accurate estimates, and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.
-Joe Ratay, Director of Store Systems, Dick's Sporting Goods.
The Reflexis system oversees standard store procedures via exception based reporting which issues alerts if tasks have not been completed or goals have not been attained. If a produce manager misses his shrink target for some subcategories, the system will direct him to take the produce manager on a store walk to review best practices.
-Kevin Carleton, director of retail automation at Hannaford.
The system enables Hannaford to make sure recalls are off the shelf. We can see which stores are in compliance. By comparison, the former manual system required calls to every store.
-Kevin Carleton, director of retail automation at Hannaford.
