"Hitech's SafetyNet Mobile Client software is simple, intuitive, reliable, flexible, fast, and effective for our patrol officers. We trained officers for four hours when we first received the software. Now they refuse to use a vehicle without SafetyNet Mobile Client. Our officers access federal, state, and local database returns within five to ten seconds at the busiest times of the day. The seamless integration of Hitech products provides our officers instantaneous access to millions of records in the SafetyNet RMS and SafetyNet CAD systems. They can view booking photos, other photos and associated data for persons, locations, and vehicles, which are imported or scanned into the system in about thirty seconds at less than 19.2 kbps. In addition, Hitech gives you the tools to change SafetyNet Mobile Client output data to meet changing organizational and community needs without costing you anything. Our Hitech system has operated continuously for more than two years with only about five to ten total hours of downtime. System maintenance and changes to output files are done "on the fly" with no interruption to services and software upgrades are free under the maintenance agreement."
