Wiki Central

Welcome to IBM® Wiki Central, the home for IBM wikis. Wikis often include best practices, scenarios, samples, examples, and other community contributed information that shows how IBM products can be used. Here you will find content that has been contributed by IBM as well as content that has been created by customers and business partners. We invite you to share your experiences with the user community. Subscribe to the RSS feed to receive updates from IBM Wiki Central.

It's pretty much impossible to find information how to create a new WiKi, what is the access level, i.e. who can access these pages, etc.

All pages which should provide some sort of FAQ result in "You do not have permission to access this page".

Where such information can be found?
