Overview

Service packs are used to indicate components and levels of components that have been verified to operate together. These are the supported combinations for IBM High Performance Computing (HPC) solutions.

The following is a list of links to service packs for cluster solutions offered by HPC. They are organized by different classes of clusters that are supported.

Note: This does not include IBM Power 775 servers. See above.

Understanding the Scope of the Cluster README's

The HPC README is intended as a starting point for planning a Service Pack upgrade. The published levels of the dependent components common to the Cluster offering have been tested together. As such, these combinations of components are the only ones that are considered qualified.

The README is not intended to encompass all possible combinations of levels or components. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the user to research levels of all components integral in their custom solution. This includes reviewing the Release Notes and FAQ's of the products referenced here as well as other products required in your particular environment. For example. if TSM with GPFS is part of your environment, review the GPFS FAQ's and PTF release notes as well as TSM release information.
