WSDL-S Specification
This technical note published on the IBM alphaWorks site as "Web Services Semantics - WSDL-S" is a joint proposal from IBM and the University of Georgia for annotating WSDL documents with links to a domain ontology.

METEOR-S
METEOR-S is a project of the Large Scale Distributed Information Systems Lab at the University of Georgia. This site includes a wealth of information on the use of Semantics in Web services and processes. The Lab is directed by Dr. Amit Sheth.

OWL-S
OWL-Services is a specification that defines an ontology for Web services including links to domain ontologies and a process model. It has been submitted to the W3C for consideration and is being used in a number of research projects.

WSMO
The Web Services Modeling Ontology effort is similar to OWL-S but its scope is larger and it is not based on OWL, although it documents how to interoperation with OWL-DL.
