For a live demonstration of Lotus Forms with HL7 CDA stored in pureXML, use the prescriptionForm.xfdl to drive the live pureXML CDA demonstration through Web Services - see HL7 CDA Lotus Forms for a copy of the prescriptionForm.xfdl. You will need the Lotus Forms Viewer
- (1) View the prescription xfdl in the Lotus Forms viewer after unzipping.
- (2) Type in the prescription data - putting some unique information in the summary field so you recognise your data.
- (3) Go to the live pureXML demo to see the data you just added:
  - http://services.alphaworks.ibm.com/DB2pureXMLDemo/Demo.html?page=query&title=CDA - scrolling down in the box to see your summary.
