The ClearCase discussion forum on IBM Rational developerWorks is the busiest discussion forum on IBM Rational developerWorks, and it is the oldest Rational discussion forum. We are currently looking for extra Discussion Facilitators to help support the ClearCase user community on the discussion forum.

This is an overview of the Discussion Facilitator tasks, quoted from here: 

Discussion Facilitators perform the following kinds of tasks:

• Tracking the online conversation by reading it frequently
• Identifying items that need further attention from IBM Rational
  • response needed from Rational (i.e. a question that a Product Manager should respond to)
  • inappropriate messages (violation of guidelines)
  • unanswered questions (not per message but to identify a trend if it is developing)
  • duplicate posting that should be deleted
• Nominating best postings for special consideration
• Helping identify "Valued Contributors" whose postings are particularly helpful
• Participating on Member Advisory Board, where they provide feedback on discussion enhancements during elaboration/development, ahead of the general developerWorks community
• Interfacing to IBM Rational Product Management
