1.3.14.1  Q.  When hook runs a program, it runs as which user id?

               A.  The user id will be whoever the user is logged in to your operating system that is using ClearQuest. In the case of the CQ Web server that runs as System by default, if you need to use a user account then you will need to update the services to run as another user.
