Implementation

By utilizing proven delivery model, our Delivery Team can rapidly deploy basic On-Demand shipping functionality in as little as 15 days by
utilizing a methodical implementation approach:

1. Project Kick-off
   A preliminary roll-out strategy and project plan is developed, which defines the project scope and a detailed work plan.
2. Understanding Current Business Requirements
   The team gains knowledge of the customer's current process to begin mapping future state workflow.
3. Future State Workflow
   The functional and technical workflow of information is defined. The system is set-up to suit the customer's future state workflow
   environment.
4. Training
   User training occurs for all user levels of the system.
5. Testing - Beta
   The process and data workflows are set-up and proven in a test environment using the customer's data. The customer performs a
