Implementation
By utilizing proven delivery model, our Delivery Team can rapidly deploy basic On-Demand shipping functionality in as little as 15 days by
utilizing a methodical implementation approach:
- Project Kick-off
A preliminary roll-out strategy and project plan is developed, which defines the project scope and a detailed work plan.
- Understanding Current Business Requirements
The team gains knowledge of the customer's current process to begin mapping future state workflow.
- Future State Workflow
