com.ibm.wps.pb.portlet	This package contains the public interface (PropertyListener) which may be optionally implemented by portlets using the Property Broker, and will be used by the Property Broker to dispatch property change notifications to the portlet.
com.ibm.wps.pb.property	This package contains public interfaces of objects (such as Property and Action)passed by the Property Broker to portlets, and vice-versa, and a factory to generate instances of the objects.
