In this exercise, you will build and run a customer loyalty scheme to correlate events that occur within a retailer's online and physical, brick-and-mortar stores. When a customer buys an item online, your company sends the customer a text message confirming the purchase. Your objective is to use WebSphere Business Events to identify loyal customers and entice them to make their next purchase in one of your physical stores.
