IBM WebSphere Translation Server (WTS) uses state-of-the-art language analysis techniques to provide machine translation of text in a variety of formats, including HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and plain, unformatted text. This in-depth paper explains the different techniques used to provide machine translation. It gives examples of each type of translation, decribes how to configure WTS to handle various translations scenarios, and provides sample code that you can download for further study.
