Prerequisites
This tutorial is aimed at developers who have no previous experience with the CCXML language. It will also be of interest to people with telephony skills who would like to learn how CCXML relates to telephony systems.
System requirements
You will need JavaScript enabled in your browser. The material presented in the tutorial complements the alphaWorks release of the IBM(R) CCXML Interpreter for WebSphere(R) Voice Response for AIX. To complete and make practical use of the examples in this tutorial, download and install the Call Control XML Interpreter (http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/ccxml) from the IBM alphaWorks site (http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/).
