Complement canvas with HTML markup, Part 2: Animation and text rendering
HTML canvas excels in many ways, including the great performance that comes with low overhead and direct pixel manipulation. However, canvas falls short in a few areas where HTML does exceedingly well: text rendering, SEO, accessibility, and device-independent markup.
