Students from colleges and universities around the world have posted their resumes on our Student Opportunity System database. Search this database to find students with specific IBM professional certifications or skills on IBM and open source technologies.

Each of the students in this database has at least one of the following accomplishments or experience:

Do you have an IBM ID?

You will need an IBM ID to search the Student Opportunity System database. If you don't already have one, you can get one now.

Find qualified candidates

Enter your search criteria to find qualified students who have the specific skills that you need and who are ready to enter the marketplace.

    1. Click the Search for qualified students link on this page.

    2. Sign in with your IBM ID and password.

    3. You can select criteria from many categories, but we recommend that you do not change the default settings, except for the following:
      • Preferred country: Select the appropriate country.
      • Desired job category: Select the category closest to your interests. For mainframe jobs, select Large Systems / Enterprise Application.
      • Resume uploaded since: Select the month and year that is one year prior to the current date. For example, if the current date is in May of 2008, change the search date to May of 2007.

    4. Click Submit to display all of the resumes that fit these criteria.
      You can also use several filters to return fewer results.

    5. In the returned list of student names, school names, skills, and graduation dates, click the student's name to view additional information and download the resume.
