Program Agreements

Please review the Program Agreement for your country. It includes the legal licensing terms of your IBM Academic Initiative membership.

The countries that require you to print, sign, and mail the Program Agreement to IBM are indicated by an asterisk (*). If you are in one of these countries, you must print the Hard-copy Program Agreement for your country, sign it, and mail it to the IBM contact (PDF, 90KB) we provide.

Notes

1. You can access the "Catalog of Educational Materials" (also called "Educational Materials" and "Catalog") from our Courseware page.
2. You can access the "Eligible Product List" (also called the "List") from our Get software page.
3. You may to modify the courses in the Courseware Repository as needed for use in your classes. You must give proper attribution to IBM when the resources are used.
4. You do not need to be certified to use any of the courses in the Courseware Repository for educational purposes.
