Description:

Tivoli administrators have a need to grant permissions, to application SMEs and operators, for the ability to view managed system data and execute TakeActions. In the current infrastructure, we cannot assign permissions based on Managed System List (MSL) and so cannot really support the principle of "Least Privilege".

This EPIC will provide Tivoli administrators with an interface for creating authorization policies to control managed system list (MSL) and Take Action access so that they can create TIP dashboards, whose contents are restricted by MSL, for their SMEs and Operators. We will be using roles, as opposed to just user groups, because roles have standardized semantics and are easier to administer.
