Provide Native 64-bit TEPS for Linux on AMD64 and Intel® EM64T systems (x64)

Description:

Provide a pristine installation option for the TEPS as a native 64-bit image. Provide 64-bit versions of dependent components as well (i.e. embedded Websphere application server, IBM HTTP server, Java, GSkit). Support the "tepsBackup" and "tepsRestore" shell scripts to enable upgrade migrations from the 32-bit TEPS.
