IBM Gold Consultant Program
|
 |
The gold program is a "mutual value" program with highly skilled, mostly independent consultants who have been instrumental in designing, implementing, optimizing and migrating some of the largest databases/transaction systems worldwide. In addition to their varied engagements with fortune 2000 customers, many of the consultants teach courses, write articles/books, present at conferences, and are highly regarded within their community of experts. IBM provides timely information about our products and strategies via briefings, conference calls, redbooks, beta participation, access to Not-For-Resale code as well as one-on-one ad hoc requests to help the members provide the most up-to-date information to the vast number of customers they reach. Members are found to be the "best speakers/experts" presenting at technical conferences, founding members of user groups, contributing authors to trade and technical journals and highly regarded by internal IBM experts (IBM Fellows, Distinguished Engineers).
