The November 2009 IBM Rational Voice of the Client Event (VoiCE) is a confidential event that will be held November 9th-12th.
Because we understand the financial constraints that many clients are under this year, we are planning a virtual event. The virtual event will be conducted using the Web and conference calls, and will provide unique ways for you to interact with us. The VoiCE events will start at around 10:00AM ET and complete at around 2:00PM ET. As always, there is no fee to you for the VoiCE events. Organized around solution-related and product-related sessions, VoiCE is attended by key clients. VoiCE is sponsored principally by Rational Support and VoiCE sessions are owned by Rational engineering & product delivery.
VoiCE discussions are about:
1. Product roadmaps, direction
2. Client pain points
3. Feature / requirement priorities
|
 |
|
|
 |
1. Clients with vested interest in the success of Rational products in their environment
2. Clients who are forward-thinking and innovative
3. Clients who want an ongoing working relationship with Rational
4. Clients who are willing to express their opinions with other clients present.
VoiCE results in Rational products that our clients are excited about and committed to because they’ve been able to meet directly with development and product teams and influence product direction!
If you have any questions about VoiCE please email voiceibm@us.ibm.com.
