Rick Janowski is Product Marketing Manager for IBM Platform Symphony and is responsible for IBM Platform Computing’s big data and analytics strategy. He joined IBM from Cataphora Inc., where he managed the marketing of big data behavioral analytics software. Previously he held various positions with Hewlett-Packard, starting in HP’s corporate research laboratories before moving on to marketing roles. Rick obtained a First Class Honours Computer Science degree from the University of Manchester, England.

Gabor Samu is the Porfolio Marketing Manager for Software Defined Infrastructure solutions for workload and resource management at IBM. In his role at IBM, he drives marketing for High-Performance Computing software products including IBM Platform LSF Family, IBM Platform Cluster Manager and IBM Platform HPC. Prior to this role, Gabor cultivated his hands on technical skills at Platform Computing in various roles including Technical Product Manager and Technical Support Manager. Gabor holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science and Mathematics (minor) from the University of Toronto, St. George Campus.

    Mehdi Bozzo-Rey is a HPC Solutions Architect in IBM STG. After his masters in theoretical physics, he spent 6 years working on leading edge software and hardware for scientific computing. He then joined Platform Computing in 2006 and was a major contributor to the scientific add on products (Open Source HPC, MPI, CUDA, OFED integrations) offered by Platform. He is currently focused on scaling solutions and processes to enable partners and large sales organisations.
