Tom Clark is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and Chief Architect for Storage Software in Tivoli. He spent over 11 years at Informix Software developing parallel database internals, joining IBM in 2001. Since joining IBM, his work has focused on storage and storage management software, including file systems, applications in storage, backup, archive, cloud storage and storage management in virtual environments.

    Colin Dawson has been with Tivoli Storage Manager (formerly Adstar Distributed Storage Manager - ADSM) since version 1 release 1 in 1993. Through the years, he has worked in many areas of the server with emphasis on inventory management, session protocol, LAN-Free, and the database. His current role is as server architect with responsibility and oversight for the functional enhancements being implemented in a given release along with input to the product and other such forward-looking considerations.

    Sumant Padbidri is a Senior Technical Staff Member and chief architect of Tivoli Storage Productivity Center (TPC). TPC is an industry leading storage resource management solution. Sumant has over 20 years of systems management software experience and has been with IBM for 13 years.

    Randy Blea is currently the Tivoli Productivity Center for Replication (TPC-R) Architect. Randy has been part of the TPC-R team since the product creation as a lead developer. Prior to that, Randy worked in both test and development on the System Data Mover team working on XRC. These experiences have had him working in IBM copy services throughout his career at IBM.
