    This demo involves real-time monitoring of an asset at a container terminal. When thresholds are violated on a given set of metrics, alerts are sent to Netcool/OMNIbus. An operator then opens the service request from which an associated work order is generated. Once the problem is resolved, the work order, ticket, and alert are updated.
