Scott Dickerson started working at IBM in 1999 and has held a variety of roles from verification to software development and design. He was a programmer on CCMDB in the Change Management domain, was the chief programmer for SmartCloud Control Desk 7.5 and is now working on enhancements to the Tpae User Interface framework.
Meet the Experts
Dr. C.J. Paul is the lead architect for IBM process automation products. C.J. guides a team of software architects and designers in multiple IBM labs around the world working on Tivoli Change and Configuration Management Database (CCMDB), Tivoli Service Request Manager (Service Desk and Service Catalog), and the related set of ITIL-aligned process managers.
Vijay Aggarwal is the design lead for Tivoli Service Request Manager (TSRM), and also works on the software-as-a-service offering of TSRM. Vijay is knowledgeable in IT operational processes, product integration, OSLC standards, Java, J2EE, Web Services, request catalogs, and cloud computing.
Ana is an architect focused on the integration among process automation products, including Tivoli Change and Configuration Management Database, Tivoli Service Request Manager, Tivoli Asset Management for IT, and Tivoli Service Automation Manager, as well as IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management and Industry Solutions.
