Steve Hull is Senior Software Architect for IBM Endpoint Manager. Steve has been working with IEM and BigFix for 7 years in Support and Development roles defining architecture, customization, and best practices for the largest and most complex IEM deployments. His expertise includes all things related to IEM/BigFix and he is responsible for finding new and innovative ways for IEM technology to grow and deliver new customer value. Prior to joining BigFix, Steve worked at IBM in Support and Management roles for Tivoli Storage products.
Meet the Experts
Murtuza Choilawala is lead for Product Management and Strategy for IBM Endpoint Manager and Mobility solutions. Prior to current role he was product manager for Lifecycle Management . He most recently managed the launch of the IBM SmartCloud Provisioning and IBM Virtual Desktop solutions. Prior to his current role, Murtuza was part of the IBM Tivoli Global Response Team helping customers resolve critical situations and providing technical support on various Tivoli products. Murtuza has authored 11 IBM Redbooks and is an active presenter at various events. Murtuza holds both a Bachelors and Diploma in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University, India. Outside work he enjoys photography, camping and outdoor activities, he is also active member of his community.
Alex is an IBM Distinguished Engineer with 25 years of experience. He is currently responsible for the Endpoint and Mobility Management products that include the BigFix and Fiberlink acquisitions. He is also responsible for the License Metering suite of products. He has worked in Italy and in the US in several areas including Workload Scheduling, Remote Control, Pervasive Management. He has been the Director of the Tivoli Performance Team for a couple of years. He is an IBM Master Inventor and a member of the IBM Academy of Technology.
Rosario Gangemi has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and is a Senior Technical Staff Member in IBM. His expertise includes all aspects related to managing device configurations on large, complex networks and he is currently responsible for the Security Configuration offering in IBM Endpoint Manager. Prior to his current position, Rosario was responsible for product strategy, architecture and design in the areas of provisioning and automation. Rosario is an IBM Academy of Technology member.
Brad Fisher is a Senior Technical Staff Member in the Cloud and Smarter Infrastructure division of IBM. Brad has over 25 years in the IT industry. Having held positions in Cloud, Process Automation and Systems Management, most recently Brad has been working in Endpoint Management, focusing on IEM for Datacenters and the IEM for Server Automation solution, and how the Endpoint Management solutions can successfully manage a customers datacenter.
Luigi Pichetti is an IBM Senior Technical Staff Member, with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Luigi has held positions as SW Architect for a variety of Device Configuration Management and Software Provisioning solutions for large enterprises, as well for Cloud Management Solutions. He is currently part of the IBM Endpoint Manager Architecture team, with focus on SW Asset discovery, License Usage Metering, evolution of SW Identification and Cloud licensing models. Luigi is an IBM Master Inventor.
