Rational Focal Point web service utility to fetch workspace members

You can use the IBM Rational Focal Point UI to capture input from customers, analysts, market research, and internal stakeholders and for prioritizing, visualization, and planning. However, you can also access these features far faster through the software's web services, which also provides an add-on for you to customize these tasks without even logging in to Focal Point. You can capture details about workspace users, including Full Name and Access levels (Regular Member, Workspace Administrator) plus the Parent Folder of different modules, all in comma-separated files, each created according to the name of the module. Puneet Nebhani explains how.
